All photo prints are done thru special order. Images are color analyzed before printing.
we stand by the quality of our products, so we will do our best to correct prints to fit your needs
if possible. Matching LED(phone screens or monitors) is also difficult. tiny screens
at illuminated from behind and monitors typically run between 70-100dpi, so images that
look good on the screen sometimes will print differently.
Orders okayed by the customer, either by proof, both soft and printed, are binding.
We try our best to be accommodating for your time frame, but make no guarantees and
unfortunately your last minute rush is not our fault .
Metal Print/Glass/Wood are images thru dye sublimation, which requires a coating to
accept the image. The coating, which we do not do, sometimes has inconsistencies, which
we do our best to eliminate, but we do not remake prints where the coating provided to
us has a little defect, but we do hull out bad stock and try to make sure any defects are
not in dominate areas of the art.

Special sized prints are 25%extra.
We do print Locket and prints under 1x1inch. These are very difficult. We charge a minimum
of $8.00 per image. Images are sized to the insert size, BUT WE DO NOT CUT OR PUT THEM IN.
We don't want to damage the lockets, as well as it is way too time consuming for us to put in.
The prints will require trimming to get them to fit.
Scanning images for lockets is done for $4. per image.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not give refunds under any circumstance, as ALL orders are on a special
order basis. Once we start working on your order, we already have time/materials into your order, we cant possibly give you a refund but are willing to do our best to reprint/redo/re scan to try to rectify
the issues. You MUST FIRST BRING the order in question promptly back to us and let us help you. If you
go elsewhere or dont bring back the products as given(altered by you) , that will constitute a breach in
our policy and we wont be able to help you any further.
